A Blogpost Worth Sharing

There is nothing more compelling, meaningful or useful in combating the tragedies in life, that to struggle with all our might on behalf of all that is good in order to manifest all that we can manifest into the word.

Thanks for writing  a great blog post  HotCake

We live in a tough world. But I imagine it’s always been that way, just with a different set of circumstances. Because of this reality, from time to time, I find myself wondering just what use it is to make comics. In this world, what is the purpose of putting pen to paper? Drawing scenes […]

Breakfast of Champions

Even with limited time, we should make sure to nourish ourselves well. I present you with a breakfast I make three times a week only takes 16 Minutes!
However if you don’t have time for an omelet I boil two eggs the day before in case I need to leave in a hurry. I make sure to eat two eggs every day I’m looking at you Emma Morano who live to be a hundred seventeen her diet was mostly eggs
cream puff the cat lived to be 38 years also had a diet of eggs

  • A slice of Bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp of butter
  • A few Shittake mushrooms
  • A clove of Garlic
  • (I got with Fetta cheese ,but I have forgotten to buy any. So ) Parmesan Romano
  • Thick black bean soy sauce
  • bonito flakes

Beggin by chopping the Shittake mushrooms into slices, mincing the garlic and slicing the bacon

Set your stove top to medium-high

when hot add the Garlic, bacon, mushrooms, the 1stp of olive oil and 1 tsp of butter into the skillet

Wait until The bacon has cooked and the mushrooms are brown

then add the Two eggs wait 1 minute after adding to drizzle in thick black bean soy sauce

While I was waiting for the omelet to cook I looked in the fridge and noticed some kale so I cooked some of it alongside the omelet

cooked the kale with some minced garlic and olive oil and when it wilted I added some red wine vinegar

Flip the Omelet and sprinkle the Bonito fakes and grate some cheese

you are left with an omelet Gordon Ramsay would be proud of.

A day with Spare Time

I had the day off today and it was also sunny!  I spent the morning working on two side projects a bird feeder that’s squirrel proof, I have a suet block in a cage  I’ve modified it twice both times they find ways around it, this time I’ve set up a long skinny metallic pole that I greased. And I’ve cut all branches that they could possibly jump from to reach the suet block, your move squirrels! The second project is a chatbot made with 1.7 billion comments from Reddit,  fiddled around with python for a bit.

During the afternoon I went for a walk around Lake Union and I saw this  guy doing yoga on a mat
And that gave me the inspiration so I stopped mid-walk ran back to the car and drove home to draw the cover photo.  I have a stack of old newspapers that go as far back as 1882  and I like the contrast between the ink drawing and the old newspapers so I might do more.

Pillsbury has trained an army of 9-year-old Swedish kids 2 to climb the black kramme Mountainside in fjords to find these Mountain chihuahuas They’re the cutest things ever!  and these kids use tweezers to pull out the eyes out which they fill bags of and then these eyes are run through the mouth of these monks that then regurgitate these eyes like mama birds into  Pillsbury peanut butter cookie dough. Which is why whenever you eat their peanut butter cookies Happiness washes over you like a flood.
Which is a bad thing because if you’re really happy you’re going to be impulsive and make mistakes like spending 25$ on cookie dough so we need a balance between positive and negative emotions.
I hope you’re all having a great day, that’s all for today

last week , and my First Steps Into Writing Fiction

11 years ago we hosted a teenager from Guatemala to take photos of the Seeds of Compassion event hosted by the Dalai Lama that year, He came here with aspiring dreams of becoming a photographer. 11 years of traveling the globe later he has returned for 4 days.
Thanks for stopping by and  Introducing me to Merengue of the 80’s!
which has given me that extra infusion of energy in the mornings

I finished reading the lord of the rings, The habit I’ve gotten into when reading anything is, reading a  chapter then closing the book and taking notes on what I remembered. Because that instantiates it into my memory and helps me place it into context with other ideas and memories, and recall is the spontaneous act of remembering something complex and writing down those notes facilitates with that as well.
After reading I felt compelled to try my hand at writing a short fictional story. I googled ” Writing Fiction for beginners, I thought to myself ” let ‘s give it a go!”
So far I’ve been writing for 30 minutes a day after work, I’ve come up with PLENTY of small 3-5 sentence long what-if scenarios
” what if I made a  translator that looks like a bulky steel gas mask similar to that of Bane from the Batman.  That I could strap to a baby when it’s crying and it could translate these cries into human language what would it say?”
“Why do wolves howl at the moon?  simple its because they are nihilistic creatures that want to piss off the  Moon which is  actually an egg for pipe smoking caterpillar named Chomsky and if he gets angry enough he erupts from his egg and destroys the Earth with a Toxic Purple haze.”

I’m  not happy with any of the 500+  short stories but when I write something that I’m proud of I’ll make sure to post!
